TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION

"Holiday for 5 with Majaland".

  1. General provisions
    The "Holiday for 5 with Majaland" Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is organized on the territory of the Republic of Poland by Majaland Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Grzybowska 5a, 00-132 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under no:

- Gdansk: KRS 0000755310, NIP 5252768832;

- Warsaw KRS 0000753273, NIP 5252768298;

- Kownaty KRS 0000499557, NIP 5252580471,

Hereinafter referred to as "Majaland."

  • Każdy, kto dokona zakupu na warunkach określonych w punkcie II poniżej (zwany dalej „Uczestnikiem”), może skorzystać z korzyści określonej w tym punkcie.\
  1. Duration of the Action and conditions of implementation
    The action applies to Majaland Amusement Parks located at:
    Majaland Gdansk - 12 Meteorytowa St., 80-299 Gdansk, Poland; Majaland Kownaty - Kownaty 17, 66-235 Torzym, Poland; Majaland Warsaw - 1 Przelotowa St., 05-462 Góraszka, Poland.
  2. Silver Pass and Platinium Pass Annual Cards
    1. The campaign applies to Silver Pass and Platinum Pass Annual Cards (hereinafter referred to as "Cards") entitling to one year's admission to Majaland Amusement Parks, purchased at the park's ticket office.
    2. The Action runs from 16.06-31.08.2025 or until the pool of Cards covered by the Action is exhausted. The condition for taking advantage of the Action is the availability of the Cards covered by the Action at the time of purchase. The Organizer reserves the right to shorten or extend the duration of the Action.
    3. The condition for taking advantage of the promotion is to provide one email address or residence for all users in one purchase (max. 5 people).
    4. The action does not combine with other price promotions, including not combining with the PLN 50 discount for renewal of current Cards.
    5. If the conditions specified in subsections 2.1-2.3 are met, the Participant can take advantage of the promotion from -20% to -80% on the Cards covered by the Action. The discount is calculated on the regular price: Silver Pass - PLN 349.90 (Majaland Warsaw, Majaland Gdansk) or PLN 389.90 (Majaland Kownaty) and Platinium Pass at PLN 499.90. The price of Cards in the promotion depends on the number of Cards purchased:

Silver Pass: for the second card, there is 20% discount from the regular price, i.e. 280 PLN (Majaland Warsaw, Majaland Gdansk) or 312 PLN (Majaland Kownaty); for the third card, there is 40% discount from the regular price, i.e. 210 PLN (Majaland Warsaw, Majaland Gdansk) or 234 PLN (Majaland Kownaty) including the discount for the second card; for the fourth card, there is 60% discount, i.e. 140 PLN (Majaland Warsaw, Majaland Gdansk) or 156 PLN (Majaland Kownaty) including the discount for the second and third cards; for the fifth card, a discount of 80% applies, i.e. 70 PLN (Majaland Warsaw, Majaland Gdansk) or 78 PLN (Majaland Kownaty) including the discount for the second, third and fourth cards. When purchasing one card, the discount is not applicable. Discounts do not apply when purchasing more than 5 cards.

Platinium Pass: for the second card, there is a 20% discount on the regular price, i.e. 400 PLN; for the third card, there is a 40% discount on the regular price, i.e. 300 PLN including the discount on the second card; for the fourth card, there is a 60% discount, i.e. 200 PLN including the discount on the second and third cards; for the fifth card, there is an 80% discount, i.e. 100 PLN including the discount on the second, third and fourth cards. When purchasing one card, the discount does not apply. Discounts do not apply when purchasing more than 5 cards.

  • At the time of purchase of Cards at the Park's checkout, the discount will automatically accrue, but not more than on 5 pieces.
  • Cards purchased under the Action are valid for one year after purchase.
  1. Group reservations
    1. The Action applies to group or school trips (hereinafter referred to as "Group") entitling to a single admission to the selected Majaland Amusement Park, booked through the corresponding form on www.majaland.pl (hereinafter referred to as "Online Store").
    2. The Action lasts from 16.06-31.08.2025. The condition for taking advantage of the Action is the availability of dates for booking a group or school trip covered by the Action at the time of booking. The Organizer reserves the right to shorten or extend the duration of the Action.
    3. The condition for taking advantage of the Action is the minimum number of participants in one group, i.e. a minimum of 15 participants.
    4. The action does not combine with other promotions for group bookings, including 5% discount.
    5. If the conditions specified in subsections 1-4 are met, the Participant may take advantage of the following
      From the promotion -10% per booking date for the group when booking min. 5 dates in a single booking, according to the rules set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
    6. To take advantage of the Action, you need to fill out the application form for the selected Majaland park on the Website, mark min. 5 reservation dates and submit the form, which will be verified by the Customer Service Department.
    7. Reservations under the Action can be made only for dates in July and August 2025. The number of participants in one group is not limited.

III. Returns and complaints

  1. In accordance with applicable regulations and Majaland's general policies, purchased Cards and Majaland Admission Tickets are not subject to exchange, refund or complaint.
  2. Complaints, requests and suggestions regarding Cards, Tickets and Groups may be addressed to the following address: customerservice.gdansk@majaland.pl, customerservice.kownaty@majaland.pl or customerservice.warsaw@majalandpolska.pl.
  3. Final provisions
  4. These Regulations are available at www.majaland.pl and at the Majaland Parks box office during the Action.
  5. Polish law shall apply to the Share, and in matters not regulated herein, the rules generally applicable to sales conducted by Majaland shall apply, taking into account the applicable laws.

„Promocja 1+1 na bilety ≥ 85cm do Majaland” 

  1. General provisions 
  2. Promocja „Promocja 1+1 na bilety ≥ 85cm do Majaland” (zwana dalej „Akcją”) jest organizowana na terytorium Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej przez Majaland Polska Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie, adres: ul. Grzybowska 5a, 00-132 Warszawa, wpisana do rejestru przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem: 

- Gdansk: KRS 0000755310, NIP 5252768832;  

– Warszawa KRS 0000753273, NIP 5252768298;  

- Kownaty KRS 0000499557, NIP 5252580471,  

Hereinafter referred to as "Majaland."  

  1. Anyone who makes a purchase under the terms and conditions set forth in Section II below (hereinafter referred to as a "Participant") may take advantage of the benefit set forth in this section.
  2. Duration of the Action and conditions of implementation 
  3. Akcja dotyczy wyłącznie Biletów całodniowych ≥ 85 cm (zwanych dalej „Biletami”) upoważniających do jednorazowego wstępu do wybranego Parku rozrywki Majaland mieszczącego się pod adresem:
    Majaland Gdańsk – ul. Meteorytowa 12, 80-299 Gdańsk, Polska; Majaland Kownaty – Kownaty 17, 66-235 Torzym, Polska; Majaland Warsaw – ul. Przelotowa 1, 05-462 Góraszka, Polska; zakupionych na www.majaland.pl (zwanej dalej „Sklep Internetowy”) lub w kasie parku.
  4. 2. Akcja trwa w dniach 09-31.07.2025 lub do wyczerpania puli Biletów objętych Akcją. Warunkiem skorzystania z Akcji jest dostępność Biletów objętych Akcją w chwili dokonywania zakupu. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo skrócenia lub wydłużenia czasu trwania Liczba biletów w Akcji jest ograniczona i wynosi 35 000 na każdy park. 
  5. 3. Akcja nie dotyczy Biletów całodniowych ≥ 85 cm w cenie promocyjnej przy zakupie online za 104,90 zł (Majaland Warszawa, Majaland Gdańsk) lub 134,90 zł (Majaland Kownaty) oraz kart rocznych. Akcja nie łączy się z innymi promocjami cenowymi, w tym nie łączy się z rabatem na Kartę Dużej Rodziny, biletem urodzinowym, biletem popołudniowym oraz innymi biletami ze zniżką.
  6. 4. W przypadku spełnienia warunków określonych w podpunktach 1-3, Uczestnik może skorzystać z promocji na Bilety objęte Akcją. Zniżka naliczana jest od ceny regularnej 114,90 zł (Majaland Warszawa, Majaland Gdańsk) lub 144,90 zł (Majaland Kownaty). Promocja dotyczy każdego drugiego biletu, tzn. jedynie przy parzystej ilości zakupionych biletów. Kupując bilety przez stronę internetową w nieparzystej ilości należy dodać do koszyka odpowiednią parzystą ilość biletów w promocji 1+1 oraz jeden bilet w cenie regularnej online, tzn. przy zakupie trzech biletów należy dodać dwa bilety z promocji 1+1 oraz jeden bilet w cenie 104,90 zł (Majaland Warszawa, Majaland Gdańsk) lub 134,90 zł (Majaland Kownaty), itd. Przy zakupie biletów w parku, kasjer wyliczy odpowiednią ilość i kwotę przypadające na parzystą lub nieparzystą ilość zakupionych biletów.  
  7. Przy zakupie jednego biletu zniżka nie obowiązuje; przy zakupie dwóch biletów suma w koszyku klienta to 114,90 zł (Majaland Warszawa, Majaland Gdańsk) lub 144,90 zł (Majaland Kownaty); przy zakupie czterech biletów suma w koszyku klienta to 229,80 zł (Majaland Warszawa, Majaland Gdańsk) lub 289,80 zł (Majaland Kownaty); przy zakupie sześciu biletów suma w koszyku klienta to 344,70 zł (Majaland Warszawa, Majaland Gdańsk) lub 434,70 zł (Majaland Kownaty); przy zakupie ośmiu biletów suma w koszyku klienta to 459,60 zł (Majaland Warszawa, Majaland Gdańsk) lub 579,60 zł (Majaland Kownaty); przy zakupie dziesięciu biletów suma w koszyku klienta to 574,50 zł (Majaland Warszawa, Majaland Gdańsk) lub 724,50 zł (Majaland Kownaty). Zniżka nie obowiązuje przy zakupie więcej niż 10 biletów. 
  8. 6. Aby skorzystać z Akcji w Sklepie Internetowym, należy dodać do koszyka odpowiedni produkt z oznaczeniem „promocyjna 1+1” lub jego wielokrotność, jednak nie więcej niż 10 W momencie zakupu biletów wstępu w kasie Parku rabat naliczy się automatycznie.
  9. 7. Bilety zakupione w ramach Akcji są ważne do 08.2025 włącznie, tj. upoważniają do wstępu do wybranego Parku Majaland od momentu zakupu Biletów do 31.08.2025.

III. Returns and complaints  

  1. Zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami oraz zasadami ogólnymi stosowanymi przez Majaland, zakupione Bilety wstępu do Majaland nie podlegają wymianie, zwrotowi lub reklamacji. 
  2. 2. Zażalenia, prośby i sugestie dotyczące Biletów mogą być kierowane na poniższy adres: gdansk@majaland.pl, customerservice.kownaty@majaland.pl or customerservice.warsaw@majalandpolska.pl.
