I. General Provisions
1 The Promotion "2 + 1 free for Tickets ≥ 85cm to Majaland Warsaw" (hereinafter referred to as the "Action") is organized on the territory of the Republic of Poland by Majaland Warsaw Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Grzybowska 5a, 00-132 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000753273, NIP 5252768298, hereinafter referred to as "Majaland".
(2) Anyone who makes a purchase under the terms and conditions set forth in Section II below (hereinafter referred to as "Participant") may take advantage of the benefit set forth in this section.
II. Duration of the Action and conditions of execution
(1) The Campaign applies only to All-Day Tickets ≥ 85 cm (hereinafter referred to as "Tickets") authorizing single admission to the Majaland Warsaw Amusement Park located at: Przelotowa 1 Street, 05-462 Góraszka, Poland, purchased at www.majalandwarsaw.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Shop") or at the box office of Majaland Warsaw Park (hereinafter referred to as the "Park").
(2) The Action lasts from 12.05-08.06.2025 or until the pool of Tickets covered by the Action is exhausted. The condition for taking advantage of the Action is the availability of Tickets covered by the Action at the time of purchase. The Organizer reserves the right to shorten or extend the duration of the Action.
3 The action does not combine with other price promotions, including the discounted price for Tickets when purchased from the Online Store. The 2+1 discount is calculated from the regular price: PLN 114.90 per Ticket.
(4) If the conditions specified in subsections 1-3 are met, the Participant may take advantage of the 2+1 promotion for the Tickets included in the Action, i.e. when purchasing three Tickets at the regular price, he will receive one of the purchased Tickets for free. The Action is reusable, i.e. it allows the purchase of multiples of three Tickets under the promotional terms of the Action, i.e. 2+1, 4+2, 6+3, etc., according to the rules set forth in these Rules.
(5) In order to take advantage of the Action in the Online Store, you need to add the product "Promotional Ticket 2+1" to the shopping cart in the corresponding quantity, i.e. 3, 6, 9 or more. The discount will be calculated automatically. At the time of purchasing admission tickets at the Park checkout, the discount will be calculated automatically.
(6) Tickets purchased under the Action are valid up to and including 30.06.2025, i.e. they entitle you to enter the Majaland Warsaw Park from the time of purchase of Tickets until 30.06.2025.
III. Returns and complaints
(1) In accordance with the applicable regulations and general rules applied by Majaland, purchased Majaland Admission Tickets are not subject to exchange, refund or complaint.
(2) Complaints, requests and suggestions regarding Tickets may be addressed to the following address: customerservice.warsaw@majalandpolska.pl
IV. Final Provisions
(1) These Regulations are available at www.majalandwarsaw.pl and at the box office of Majaland Warsaw Park during the Action.
(2) Polish law shall apply to the Share, and in matters not regulated herein, the rules generally applicable to sales conducted by Majaland shall apply, taking into account the applicable laws.

(2) The Action lasts from 12.05-08.06.2025 or until the pool of Tickets covered by the Action is exhausted. The condition for taking advantage of the Action is the availability of Tickets covered by the Action at the time of purchase.
