Article 1 - General Provisions
1 The park is located on private land. It is a place intended for fun and recreation
for all visiting Guests. The purpose of these Regulations is to provide

Article 3 - Admission to Majaland Park
(1) Admission to the Park is possible only during the opening hours of the Park, with a valid admission ticket.

Article 4 - Tickets and annual subscriptions
1 Admission to the Park for children < 85 cm tall is free. For children ≥ 85 cm and adults

7 The park reserves the right to change ticket prices at any time.
Article 5 - Bicycles, motorcycles and various types of vehicles
1. all bicycles, motorcycles, roller skates, skateboards, inline skates, go-karts, cross-country bikes and others
means of transportation are prohibited in the Park (except for parking), except for cars
owned by the Park, wheelchairs, baby carriages and strollers
transportation.

allowed after approval of the Park Manager. Their speed must be limited to a maximum of 5 km/h.

Article 6 - Wheelchairs, go-carts and baby carriages

Article 7 - Szai

Article 8 - Public order and social norms
1. all Guests must observe public order and relate to others with
respect. Guests are asked to wear appropriate clothing in the Park i.e. full clothing.
(2) The wearing of swimsuits is allowed only in the outdoor area of the Park.
(3) In the interest of Guests and for safety reasons, it is prohibited to:
(a) Smoking throughout the Park;
(b) Staying in the park while intoxicated;
(c) Bringing loud musical devices to the Park and playing loud music;
(d) Bringing, carrying and selling fireworks, weapons, knives and others
Explosives in the Park;
(e) Bringing intoxicants into the Park and/or consuming or selling them
Drugs and the presence in the Park of persons in a state of intoxication with substances
psychoactive drugs;
(f) Conducting commercial activities in the Park and parking lot;
(g) Distributing, placing advertising materials, conducting surveys without
prior written permission from the Park management;
(h) Removing or damaging objects owned by the Park, its
employees or other Visitors to the Park;
(i) Disturbing the peace of Guests in the Park and obstructing the work by
Park employees;
(j) Undertaking any form of vandalism in the Park;
(k) Holding meetings and/or making speeches, advocating, agitating,
Collecting membership fees, funds, distributing, exchanging or offering
things for free in the park without prior written permission from the
Park management;
(l) Entering service premises or service roads;
(m) Using a handheld tripod for (mobile) during attractions or taking it to attractions

Article 9 - Leaving the Park

5 Attractions will be opened interchangeably, alternately or later depending on the number of

50 percent of the time. Replacement or late opening of the attraction is marked on the board

partial or full reimbursement of the cost of admission tickets.
(6) The operator may decide to prohibit entry to the attraction to a person who does not comply with the

Article 11 - Admission to shows

Article 12 - Order

Article 18 - Emergency situations
(1) In the event of fire, accident, evacuation, etc., follow carefully and without reservation

(2) In the event of evacuation, re-entry into evacuated buildings/attractions is not permitted.

Article 5 - Bicycles, motorcycles and various types of vehicles
1. all bicycles, motorcycles, roller skates, skateboards, inline skates, go-karts, cross-country bikes and others

(c) Bringing loud musical devices to the Park and playing loud music;
(d) Bringing, carrying and selling fireworks, weapons, knives and others

(e) Bringing intoxicants into the Park and/or consuming or selling them
Drugs and the presence in the Park of persons in a state of intoxication with substances
psychoactive drugs;
(f) Conducting commercial activities in the Park and parking lot;

prior written permission from the Park management;
(h) Removing or damaging objects owned by the Park, its

(i) Disturbing the peace of Guests in the Park and obstructing the work by

Article 4 - Tickets and annual subscriptions

Article 5 - Bicycles, motorcycles and various types of vehicles
1. all bicycles, motorcycles, roller skates, skateboards, inline skates, go-karts, cross-country bikes and others

(3) In the interest of Guests and for safety reasons, it is prohibited to:
(a) Smoking throughout the Park;
(b) Staying in the park while intoxicated;
(c) Bringing loud musical devices to the Park and playing loud music;
(d) Bringing, carrying and selling fireworks, weapons, knives and others
Explosives in the Park;
(e) Bringing intoxicants into the Park and/or consuming or selling them
Drugs and the presence in the Park of persons in a state of intoxication with substances
psychoactive drugs;
(f) Conducting commercial activities in the Park and parking lot;
(g) Distributing, placing advertising materials, conducting surveys without
prior written permission from the Park management;
(h) Removing or damaging objects owned by the Park, its
employees or other Visitors to the Park;
(i) Disturbing the peace of Guests in the Park and obstructing the work by
Park employees;
(j) Undertaking any form of vandalism in the Park;
(k) Holding meetings and/or making speeches, advocating, agitating,
Collecting membership fees, funds, distributing, exchanging or offering
things for free in the park without prior written permission from the
Park management;
(l) Entering service premises or service roads;
(m) Using a handheld tripod for (mobile) during attractions or taking it to attractions
