REGULATIONS OF THE PROMOTIONAL ACTION
"30% discount on an all-day ticket ≥ 85 cm tall to a selected Majaland theme park for Lidl Plus app users."

§ 1 General provisions

(1) These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") set forth the rules of the promotional action "30% discount on an all-day ticket ≥ 85 cm to a selected Majaland amusement park for Lidl Plus app users" (hereinafter referred to as "Promotional Action").

(2) The organizer of the Promotional Action is Majaland Warsaw Sp. z o.o. (KRS: 0000753273 NIP: 5252768298), Majaland Kownaty Sp. z o.o. (KRS: 0000499557 NIP: 5252580471) and Majaland Gdańsk Sp. z o.o. (KRS: 0000755310 NIP: 5252768832) based in Warsaw, address: 5a Grzybowska Street, 00-132 Warsaw.

(3) The Promotional Campaign is conducted on the territory of the Republic of Poland in the "Lidl Plus" application.

4 The Promotional Action shall last from 01.06.2025 to 30.06.2025.

§ 2 Participants

(1) The participant may be any person who has the "Lidl Plus" application, has selected the appropriate offer and purchased tickets to the selected Majaland park (Majaland Warsaw ul. Przelotowa 1 05-462 Góraszka; Majaland Kownaty - Kownaty 77, 66-235 Torzym; Majaland Gdansk - Meteoritowa 12, 80-299 Gdansk).

§ 3 Rules of the Promotional Action and use of tickets

(1) To participate in the promotion, you need to go to the "Lidl Plus" app, select the Majaland offer, click the 'receive' button, and then buy tickets to the selected Majaland park on the corresponding subpage dedicated to the promotion for Lidl Plus app users.

(2) Tickets purchased under the promotion can be used within the period: 01.06.2025 - 31.07.2025 only at the selected Majaland park.

3 The promotion applies to all-day tickets for people ≥ 85cm tall, purchased through the Lidl Plus app.

4 The action is reusable, i.e., it allows you to take advantage of the promotion multiple times under the promotional conditions, according to the rules set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

(5) The discount does not combine with other promotions, discounts or special offers.

6 The number of tickets in the promotion may be limited.

§ 4 Complaints

1.In accordance with the applicable regulations and general rules applied by Majaland, purchased Majaland Admission Tickets are not subject to exchange, refund or complaint.

(2) Complaints, requests and suggestions regarding Tickets may be addressed to the following address: customerservice.gdansk@majalandpolska.pl, customerservice.kownaty@majalandpolska.pl or customerservice.warsaw@majalandpolska.pl.

(3) Complaints can be submitted: by email, telephone, in writing or through the application.

(4) Complaints can be submitted up to 30 days after taking advantage of the promotion.

5 Provide data, content of the request, description and attach proof of purchase.

6 Complaints are processed within 14 days.

7 Personal data are processed in accordance with the RODO only for the purpose of processing the complaint.

§ 6 Final provisions

(1) Terms and conditions are available on the Lidl Plus app, at Majaland park checkouts, and at www.majaland.pl

(2) The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the regulations. Up-to-date information will be available on the Park's website.

(3) Polish law shall apply to the Share, and in matters not regulated herein, the rules generally applicable to sales conducted by Majaland shall apply, taking into account the applicable laws.

(4) Disputes shall be resolved by the competent common court.
